Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Online purchase, simply return the product(s) to us within 20 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to exchange the product(s) or to credit your account for the amount of the purchase (less shipping cost if applicable). Fragrance(s) should contain at least 90% or more of original liquid and be in original packiging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to ship your item with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We could not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). So iPerfume is not liable for any return packages that may become lost, damaged, or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@iperfume.ca
